StreamHelpers Pro is operated by Blue Soup Enterprises ("StreamHelpers", "we", "us"). This page explains how to disconnect a linked platform and how to have the data we hold about you deleted. It accompanies our Privacy Policy.
Use this when you only want to unlink one platform — for example a Facebook Page — and keep using StreamHelpers Pro with the others.
The stored authorization for that platform is deleted from our server when you do this. We do not keep a copy, and the access it granted stops working immediately. Chat messages that were held only to display your live feed are dropped with it.
You can also revoke access from the platform's own settings, which works even if you can no longer sign in to StreamHelpers Pro.
Revoking there stops the credential working at once. The now-dead record on our side is removed when you disconnect it in StreamHelpers Pro, or with your account deletion.
To have your account and everything attached to it deleted, send a request from the email address you use to sign in to StreamHelpers Pro:
The request must come from that address, or we have no safe way to confirm the account is yours. We may ask one further question to verify your identity before acting.
We retain the minimum required by law, which in practice means payment and tax records held by our payment processor, Stripe, for their statutory retention period. Those records are billing history, not platform data. Web-server request logs rotate on their own schedule and are not indexed by account. We may also keep a suppression note that an address requested deletion, so the request is not silently undone by a later automated process.
We action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done. Deleting your account ends your access to StreamHelpers Pro. Cancel your subscription separately if it is still active, so you are not billed for a period you cannot use.
Most StreamHelpers tools, including IRL Dashboard itself, run on equipment you control and send us nothing to delete. Removing that software from your own router or server removes its data. Only StreamHelpers Pro — the hosted account, chat relay, and live map — stores anything on our servers.
